DiligenceControl is priced by the number of deals you are actively working and the number of people in your organization. Prices below are the approved plan prices. Checkout is deliberately switched off while DiligenceControl completes its readiness work, so today you can join the waitlist or contact us — no payment method is collected anywhere on this site. You can also email support@diligencecontrol.com.
Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten months, so it is approximately two months free compared with paying monthly.

What counts as an active deal
An active deal is one deal record in your organization that is currently open — documents can be uploaded to it, processed, reviewed and packaged. Your plan allowance is measured as the number of active deals at any one time, not the number of deals you create over the year.
When you archive a deal, it stops counting against your active-deal allowance. The archived deal, its documents, versions, evidence, exception history and Evidence Package snapshots all remain available to read, download and export. Nothing is deleted by archiving.
Where DiligenceControl is today
- These prices are approved, but paid subscriptions are not switched on. No page on this site can start a charge.
- The workspace is open for demonstration and synthetic-data testing. Uploading confidential counterparty documents is not supported yet: malware scanning, text recognition for scanned PDFs, email delivery and a rehearsed restore are still outstanding, and confidential pilots stay closed until they are complete.
- DiligenceControl organizes evidence. It does not find deals, rank investments, make lending decisions or promise returns.
